Purpose of the fund:  The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to provide support to the Aster Foundation to carry out its role and mission as described by its Bylaws.

Background:  The ASTER Foundation is a nonprofit organization that provides limited funding for psychological treatment to low-income adult survivors of child abuse.
