Carrie Roberts
Roberts & Associates

Carrie Roberts is the founder and CEO of Roberts & Associates. Carrie has spent the last 15 years working with a variety of non-profit organizations throughout Southern California and British Columbia.

Born in Canada, Carrie lived in Mexico and moved to California while in high school. She earned a Bachelor's degree from California State University San Bernardino and later returned to Canada to pursue a Master's degree from the University of Victoria. Carrie now resides in the Los Angeles area.

Carrie spent many years as a Program Officer for the Flintridge Foundation. She currently serves as a senior faculty member at the Ventura County Community Foundation, California State University Dominguez Hills and the Center for Non-profit Management in Los Angeles where she teaches proposal writing, evaluation and grant management courses for individuals working or volunteering for non-profit organizations.

Her dynamic, high energy presentations encourage participants to continually focus on the passion and meaning of the work they are doing and its ultimate benefits for members of the community. Carrie is driven to help non-profits operate within a business model to develop programmatic goals and funding opportunities while holding high the standard of charitable intent.
