Stacy Roscoe
Member, VCCF Board of Directors

Stacy retired from Procter & Gamble in June of 2002 after a 27 year career in manufacturing. Stacy currently serves on the boards of the Ventura County Economic Association (VCEDA), Ventura County Community Foundation (VCCF), Casa Pacifica, the Carnegie Art Museum Cornerstones, and the University of Notre Dame Alumni Association.

He was Chairman of Southern California Water Committee (SCWC) until October 2004, is a past chair of the Ventura County Civic Alliance, and two committees for the Association of Water Agencies (AWA).

Stacy is a 1971 graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering, and served in the U.S. Navy for 4 years prior to joining Procter & Gamble.  Stacy has been married to his wife, Kerry, for 33 years and has two grown daughters.

Stacy has served on the faculty of the Board Leadership Institute.
