The bi-monthly networking event took place at Cal Lutheran&#8217;s Oxnard Satellite Campus.<\/p>\n<p>Following a breakfast and coffee networking hour, special guest David Maron, vice-chair of the Ventura County Civic Alliance, presented the VCCA&#8217;s 2023 State of the Region Report.
