On August 4, we celebrated Projeto de Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Comunidade Mixteco\/Indigena (MICOP)<\/a>\u2018s annual Night in Oaxaca event, presented by the Ventura County Community Foundation. This vibrant, joyful event celebrated and supported the work that MICOP is doing in our community to transform California\u2019s Central Coast into a more inclusive and equitable place for indigenous migrant communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
