Join Ron Helus Ride For The Blue this Saturday

The 10th annual Sergeant Ron Helus Ride for the Blue returns this Saturday, May 3! Join more than 300 motorcycles, along with first responder vehicles, who will travel across Ventura County to honor local heroes.

This year’s ride starts at Simi Valley City Hall and police station and stops at eight additional police stations throughout the county. With a line of participants stretching over a mile long, Ride for the Blue gives riders a chance to show their support and appreciation for local law enforcement and emergency personnel. Community members of all ages are invited to show their support and cheer on the riders at each stop along the route.

Join the ride! Registration is $50 per rider and per passenger and includes a commemorative event t-shirt, breakfast and lunch. Sign up by 11:59 pm on Wednesday, April 30, at www.ridefortheblue.com. (No in-person registration will be available).

8:30 am – 9:05 am – Thousand Oaks Police Station, 2101 East Olsen Road, Thousand Oaks

9:25 am – 9:45 am – Moorpark Police Station, 610 Spring Road, Moorpark

10:15 am – 10:35 am – Camarillo Police Station, 3701 East Las Posas Road, Camarillo

11:15 am – 11:35 am – Port Hueneme Police Station, 250 North Ventura Road, Port Hueneme

12:00 pm – 1:00 pm – Oxnard Police Station, 251 South C Street, Oxnard

1:20 pm – 1:40 pm – Ventura Police Station, 1425 Dowell Drive, Ventura

2:05 pm – 2:35 pm – Santa Paula Police Station, 214 South 10th Street, Santa Paul

3:00 pm – 3:30 pm – Fillmore Police Station, 524 Sespe Avenue, Fillmore

All proceeds from this event benefit Ventura County Community Foundation and will be used to support wellness training, peer support programs, leadership development and resiliency training for first responders throughout the county.
