First-Ever In-Person Coffee & Connections, Hosted by VCCF and CNL

The nonprofit community of Ventura County came together for the first-ever in-person Coffee and Connections on February 9, 2024, co-hosted by the Ventura County Community Foundation and the California Lutheran University’s Center for Nonprofit Leadership. The bi-monthly networking event took place at Cal Lutheran’s Oxnard Satellite Campus.

Following a breakfast and coffee networking hour, special guest David Maron, vice-chair of the Ventura County Civic Alliance, presented the VCCA’s 2023 State of the Region Report. He provided attendees with a breakdown of the current state of Ventura County and pinpointed issues and trends that the county is facing.
