VCCF Animal Welfare Fund Applications are Open!

Attention Ventura County nonprofits: applications for the Ventura County Community Foundation’s Animal Welfare Fund are open! The new deadline for applications has been extended to Friday, April 21 at 5 p.m. PST. Submit your application here! Note: Please limit requests to $75,000 or under.

VCCF’s Animal Welfare Fund was created to ensure the improvement of quality of life for all animals in Ventura County. The fund’s focus is broad, including animals wild and domestic, large and small, on land and in sea. To read more about some of the grant recipients from the 2022 grantmaking cycle, read our special newsletter feature on the Animal Welfare Fund here, or learn about one of the projects by the Girl Scouts of California’s Central Coast funded by the Animal Welfare Fund to support the monarch butterflies.

Applicants must have profiles set up on the VCCF My Fund login, which you can create by visiting this page. Questions about grants may be sent to Jeffrey Lambert, Chief Operating Officer, at [email protected].
