We are currently recruiting Ventura County volunteers who are interested in reading and scoring scholarship applications for the 2025 cycle. The Ventura County Community Foundation Scholarship Program awarded over $1.4 million last year to help local students attain their college attendance goals, thanks to the hard work and dedication of our volunteer readers.

Volunteers are expected to read and score between 30 applications, with training and support provided. All activities for this volunteer role are virtual and can be done at the comfort of your own home, with the work taking place between February 17 and March 21, 2025. The tasks will take less than 10 hours of your time.
